Facilitators establish the CEO culture with a goal of creating an environment that is all about learning.

They invent, refine and innovate in ways that connect participants with the community, collaborate with CEO board members and most importantly provide guidance to the participants.

Meet our Facilitator

Kaci DeSpain.

Kaci DeSpain is the Operations Manager for The Hidden Tower and The Lab, an event center and sports gym in Keokuk. Kaci has also recently been hired as the new CEO Facilitator for the Lee County Economic Development Board. Kaci graduated from Keokuk High School in 2017. While in High School Kaci played volleyball, basketball, and softball. She was in show choir, on the Little Feathers dance team, in the National Honors Society, on student council, and a member of the Youth Leadership Team.  She went on to Luther College where she earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management and played 4 years of collegiate basketball, serving as a captain her senior year. After graduating in 2021 she took a job in the Marketing Department at Quincy Medical Group while attending graduate school online with Maryville University. She graduated with a Masters in Business Administration in 2022. After completing her master's degree she worked in Finance as a Client Relations Marketing Coordinator for Barnett Financial Partners, until she became the Operations Manager for her family-run businesses. In addition to being an Operations Manager and CEO Facilitator, Kaci is also a member of Rotary, a new member of the Keokuk Chamber, and a coach.  Kaci resides in Keokuk, IA, where she was born and raised. When she isn’t working, Kaci enjoys spending time with her husband and dog Jack, traveling, and watching sports. She is an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan and loves all things basketball!
