About My Business
The gaming industry has seen explosive growth, with revenue expected to surpass $600 billion by 2030. However, most of its recent growth is attached to deceitful marketing and exploitative practices, and the expanding community of gamers are starting to become frustrated with this. To add, these issues are not new either, with some of them dating back to the late ‘90s. And yet nothing meaningful has been done to solve these problems. This disparity alone has created a high demand for something different, and my company is one of few that actively chooses to go a different direction. There is no time better than now to make a change. My company, Creative Realm Games, strives to fix these issues and provide a more inviting environment for players to enjoy video games again. I believe there’s more to video games than just its gameplay, which makes it especially important to keep evil things like these impacting this experience. By raising the bar in how games are developed and marketed, we aim to create a more trustworthy and player-focused industry, and not a deceitful and for-profit industry.
